If the only prayer you said in your life was “thank you, that would suffice”.

Vulnerability is the birthplace of connection and the path to the feeling of worthiness. If it doesn’t feel vulnerable, the sharing is probably not constructive.

We cannot live a choice-less life. Every day, every moment, every second, there is choice. If it were not so we would not be individuals.

I have no choice about whether or not I have Parkinson’s I have nothing but choice about how I react to it. In those choices there’s freedom to do a lot of things in areas that I wouldn’t have otherwise found myself in.

I am still and receptive to life. I let life flow through me into all that I do, say or think.

Imperfections are not inadequacies; they are reminders that we’re all in this together.

Life is one perfect Wholeness. The Universe is a Unit. God is One!

It is done unto us! We need not coerce, we do not create the power, but we must LET this great Power operate through us.

Let come what comes, let go what goes. See what remains.

If we do not feel grateful for what we already have, what make us think we’d be happy with more?
