As a child, we are often told that sticks and stones won’t break our bones…
… but words hurt.
In fact, a recent MIT study showed that for every time someone says “you can’t do it”… someone else has to come along SEVENTEEN times to tell you that you can do it.
That’s crazy!

Surround yourself with people that believe you and push away those that don’t…
